Pablo Barros is a senior machine learning scientist at the Sens. AI researcher focusing on physiological and social signal processing applied to mental health solutions. Pablo holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Hamburg, in Germany, and has worked at the Italian Institute of Technology as an associated researcher. Over the last few years, has worked on different projects involving social robotics, affective computing, and representation learning. In particular, his research focuses on social perception, facial expression recognition, and modeling, based on artificial intelligence, and the role of social agents while interacting with humans.
